Every college student eventually reaches a point in time where they want to become even more independent. Apartments near Louisiana State University allow them to safely spread their wings. Housing in these complexes can be fun for them, and they still allow you to rest assured that they are okay.
Feels Like Home
Students can choose to have their roommates selected for them, or they can find a place to share with their friends. Townhouses come with two to four private bedrooms and private baths. In-unit laundry is convenient and keeps students from having to search for a laundromat. Front and back porches are also a nice touch.
Excellent Layouts
Each unit is designed with the bedrooms arranged around a common area. Bedrooms can be individually locked. The common area includes fully functioning kitchens, living areas, and a dining room. Your student can enjoy hanging out together, but they still have the option of privacy.
Vacation Quality Stays
College students have plenty of energy to burn off after class. Large swimming pools with tanning ledges, volleyball courts, and wall climbing helps with this. The 24-hour fitness centers are conveniently located onsite as well as a clubhouse where friends can relax and enjoy some time together.
